Hope Puppet Minstries

The purpose of Hope Puppet Ministries is to put a smile on someone’s face that may be hurting or to help them forget about their problems, even if only for a short time. We believe that we are to show God’s love through puppets and spread HOPE to a lost and dying world. Our theme verse comes from Ephesians 4:4 (NIV).

“There is one body and one spirit, just as you were called to one HOPE when you were called.”

The Hope Puppet Ministries consist of the Hope Adult Team (15 yrs. and up), the Hope Jr. Team (10 yrs. to 14 yrs.), and the 4-Given Drama Team.  The teams perform a series of shows at RFBC in the spring and the fall.  The high energy productions consist of black light puppetry, regular light puppetry, and multiple drama presentations.

The team also performs shows for local charities during the year. The team has even had the privilege to be a part of several Christmas parades. Hope Puppet Ministries also takes their shows on the road during the annual RFBC Summer Mission Trip. The team performs approximately 20 shows each year on the trip. Hope Puppets have visited Queens, N.Y. (2 years), New Orleans, L.A. (4 years), and Mobile, AL. (3 years).  We have performed in churches, schools, daycares, parks, festivals, assisted living centers, nursing homes, hospitals, Children’s Hospitals, prisons, special needs schools, and day camps.  If God opens doors, we are eager to bring our message of HOPE.
